Degreasing and amorphous phosphating process

Surface preparation is an important step in the manufacturing process. Required parts requirements:
No scratches
Clean welded seams
Without splash
Not burnout
Cracks and sharp edges
The surface must be dry, clean (free from scale and rust)
Without any pollutants (fats, oils, etc.)

A product in good condition is prepared in a cleaning facility consisting of several zones. For chemical surface cleaning from contamination, the product is sprayed in a tunnel. Depending on the material, cleaning is followed by degreasing or phosphating.

Chemical cleaning is the best way to clean the metal from oils, waxes, polishing compounds or other substances that will prevent the powder from don't sticking to the metal.
