Degreasing and amorphous phosphating process

Surface preparation is an important step in the manufacturing process. Required parts requirements:

• No scratches

• Clean welded seams

• Without splash

• Not burnout

• Cracks and sharp edges

• The surface must be dry, clean (free from scale and rust)

• Without any pollutants (fats, oils, etc.)

A product in good condition is prepared in a cleaning facility consisting of several zones. For chemical surface cleaning from contamination, the product is sprayed in a tunnel. Depending on the material, cleaning is followed by degreasing or phosphating.
